In the heart of a rapidly changing Africa, AfriTEY Foundation stands out as a beacon of opportunity for young, ambitious entrepreneurs. Established to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, AfriTEY (African Tomorrow’s Emerging Youth) Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to empowering young Africans to build and scale businesses that drive sustainable development across the continent.

Mission & Vision

AfriTEY Foundation’s mission is to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit in African youth by providing access to mentorship, capital, and a network of peers. The organization envisions a future where young African entrepreneurs are not only creators of local value, but also influential players in the global economy — contributing to prosperity, innovation, and social change.

What AfriTEY Does

1. Startup Accelerator & Incubator: AfriTEY runs a year-round accelerator program that selects talented early-stage entrepreneurs across Africa. Participants receive seed funding, business training, and one-on-one mentorship from experienced business leaders and industry experts.

2. Capacity Building & Training Workshops: Through workshops and bootcamps, the foundation equips young people with practical skills — from financial literacy and pitching to digital marketing and sustainable business models.

3. Access to Market & Funding: Recognizing that funding is often the biggest barrier, AfriTEY connects young founders to angel investors, microfinance institutions, and grant opportunities. It also helps entrepreneurs break into regional and international markets.

4. Peer and Mentor Network: AfriTEY fosters a strong community by hosting networking events, peer-learning circles, and an online platform where young entrepreneurs can share experiences and collaborate on cross-border ventures.

5. Advocacy & Policy Engagement: The foundation advocates for youth-friendly business policies across African governments, working to remove regulatory barriers that disproportionately affect young founders.
